IRS Adjustment

What would be the best adjustment point to start with the blot? I assume the bolt being in the center large hash mark is natural with no in or out. When I disassembled the rear it was on the second hash mark on drivers side and center on the passenger:scratch: either way I would like a common starting point or any input on best practices.

That adjustment is for toe. You'll need to get the subframe in the car and the car at race weigh and proper ride height to make a proper adjustment. There is no adjustment that someone can recommend that is known to work on your car. Once you get the car going, have it aligned. You'll probably want a slight amount of toe-in on the rear. When the suspension is loaded, it will tend to pull toward toe-out. So a little toe-in will allow it to pull toward 0 toe under load.
