Quick Porting Question

My 13B produced 110psi in the front and rear rotors with a cold engine and doesn't smoke or burn excessive oil (never had to top it up this summer actually), so it seems like its in great condition. If I wanted to port the engine, what parts do I have to replace? Obviously gaskets need to be changed, but can I use the existing seals?

I'm not poor, I just don't want to spend money when it isn't necessary.

Thanks!

Unless the engine has really low mileage, you'll be doing a complete rebuild. So that means all seals generally. Often the side seals and hard oil rings are reused if within spec (wear is negligible on these items).

if the motor is in that good of condition you should ask yourself if you would want to rebuild it at this time.

but you can't do one without the other. it has to be disassembled in order to port it, and therefore rebuilt when you get it back together. listen to what Aaron Cake said.
