welcome to the board.
well in the video, it sounds like it may be bridgeported. i say "may be" only because it could be streetported with a lousy tune on the carburetor.
the last photo seems to be someone trying to "make" a rod for the MOP (metering oil pump) actuation. it should connect to the throttle shaft.
if you can, take a closer photo of the red and black wires down by the oil cooler lines.

I added more pictures but after looking up what a MOP is should i just delete it? it seems really sketchy just having that rod thing
Im also fairly certain those 2 red/black wires are speaker wires that the previous owner ghetto rigged up
well, it's unsightly, but if it works, then i'd say it's better than nothing. something tells me it would be very hard to source the OEM rod that connects the pump to the carburetor, and furthermore, i don't know if it would work with your Weber - maybe that's why the previous owner did this. you could test it as is, per the FSM and see if it's working as it should.
you could delete it and run premix. that's certainly a way to go, but personally, i like to keep the MOP functional. yet another idea is, you could possibly fashion a custom, more OEM-looking one from steel rod, i guess.
okay, i see, that's the battery terminal with all that BS attached to it. yeah, it looks like you have some work to do to clean that thing up.
