if i take my engine apart and there is nothing wrong except for oil control rings.. what else must you replace... i'm on a budget. what seals can you not reuse....?? also who has the best deal on a jspec.... i live in the north west..

 

Okay, if this was the scenario, we will go off of it as though that was the case.
You would need the inner and outer o-rings for the rotor housings at the very least, an oil pan gasket and new injector seals if they have not been changed. They get hard and have a tendency not to seal good. Also an intake and exhaust gasket set.
as far as jspec's in your area, I can't help you there.
