13BRE semi PP intake

Has anybody used/ fabbed semi pp on a stock 13BRE intake . Is it possible? I really like the way the intake looks and would like to keep it, but Im going semi PP. The intake is a Cosmos 13B RE. Any pics? thoughts?

I modeled this up a a while ago. I still want to do it if I can.

Its the same size as the lower 13b-re LIM.

I just needed to measure out the secondary fuel rail mount locations or just do a new weld on injectors.

I also couldn't decide if they should be run off the primary or secondary ports (I did primary)

any comments are most welcome, is still only preliminary, haven't had time to play with it.

Why did you choose to run the semi off of the primary port runners?

Look at the pic again! I think he split the semi pp runner between the two. This shouldn't cause any flow restrictions since both primary and secondary runners are different diameters. Very smart!

All port sizes on the very top of the LIM are the same size. We went all the way up so it should work in our favor. All the air thats pushing through that the primary runner cant handle will be pushed through the smi pp.. its just an idea. I will tell you guys how it works as soon as i get this baby going..

what about maing a small second plenum just for the PP with vacuum actuated throttle, opening after certain rpm?, offcourse its important they also close again when going off the throttle :p

this way the runner length will be more optimzed for the rpm band the PP work the best (also depends on port timing offcourse)
