13b missing
Need more info, like what year car, mileage on the engine, was it running before or in storage, etc? First thing to check is spark. Pull a good spark plug and put it in one of the leading plug wires. Rest it somewhere away from the engine where you can crank the engine over and see if you are getting spark. If you are not, check your cap and rotor- this is why I need to know what year car you have etc-. Most times if you are getting spark on the trailing- top plugs, and none on the leading- bottom plugs, or vise versa, then you probably have a bad ignitor. If you have spark then I would do a compression test or try a new set of plugs. Your plugs just may be fouled.
