All i can say is thank god I am not a part of that forum. People complain about getting flamed here. If you even hint at a street race over there you have some crybaby trying to ban you . :rlaugh: PS. Its "detonation" and "hypothetical" |

Yeah they are kinda harsh in the off topic sectionsome times. but that just goes to show you how much of a joke it is to put a t67 on a car without supporting mods
|
wow.. t67 on an evo.... LOL.
I am an owner of an evo as well.. Currently have gt35r... He shoulda gone with something else like gt-series turbos but to each his own.. |
EVOM doesnt allow street racing threads because the founder of the website Mark Modaressi was killed by some idiots racing down the street, while he was walking.
|
I also beat an EVO 8. He had an intake, dp, exhaust, bov, Boost controller. I was pulling on him slowly...but fast enough to know I had him. From around 20-70mph on a highway.

BuffDaddy - What's ur h/p . b/c the evo that you raced had the same set up as mine and I made 296awhp/280torque. But mine was tuned.

I say that you beat him by luck but i would stay away from him once he gets injectors and a fuel pump and something to tune his 9 he will be making a good 350 to 400 awd hp and that gives you i really incredible take off, one that a rwd or fwd cant compare to...
DSM's have always suffered from a glass transmission, although it's probably just the owners propensity to do full throttle clutch drops to impress their friends. |
