Almost got owned

I was driving to atco raceway this weekend for rotor vs piston. I was in my 95 fd heavily modded.(Last week I ran 11.45 at atco) I was on I295 when a Mercedes pulls up next to me and revs it up. Thinking to my self, is this guy kidding, but I figured I would show him money isn't the only thing. Mind you I am set to low boost 14 psi and alcohol sys turned off. I down shift into 3rd and floor it, he does the same. He jumps ahead by a half of car. holy s@%t I can't pull him. hit 4th still can't pull him, finally mid 4th i caught him and passed him about 125mph.

come to find out it was a cl600 bi turbo 500hp 600ft torque. not what I expected. if so I would have upped the boost and turned the alcohol sys on. At least i beat him. Not the best car to race starting at 70mph. From a dig I would own him, but at speed holy s@$t that car is fast.

Oh, I didn't see that one. I didn't wander around regular parking too much.

What psi do you run for high boost? And was that 11.45 run high boost with alcohol?

Little off topic, but do you guys get/sell Brabus models? I'm not sure if it's on overseas thing or not. Last night in Japan I cam across a Brabus sv12s Bi-turbo that has like 730hp/945ft lbs of torque or some crazy **** like that. Siiiick car!

There was also a 63 amg and a Maybach...both of which were of little interest to me next to the Brabus. And these cars were literally sitting in an alley when I saw them at like 11pm. No gates, no nothing?!? Like somebody could come and scratch the **** out of them very easily....I could post pics if anyone likes.

SWEET KILL to the OP btw, didn't mean to thread jack, sounds like you got a sweet FD! I miss mine :-(

Yeah gotta watch out for brabus models. They are BEASTS!!

Theres a modified C63 by my friends house. I always see him cleaning it when i pass by there on sunday. It looks like it rolled out of the factory but it has a whole bunch of stuff done to it i am not sure exactly what.

"supposedly" its making nearly 700hp.
