Clutch pedal problem

hi guys
need some help here!
So my clutch pedal sinks to the floor..
and im not getting any hydraulic fluid out at the line.. ((top nor bottom and at the slaver.))
i bought a new clutch pedal cylinder thinking it was the rings that were worn
and still the pedal sinks to the floor and no fuild comes out..
i do see the push rod pushing the the little piston (behind the pedal/ inside the car) but no luck!
At the time the car isn't running. So don't know if it needs it tobe running So I can have vacuum to give the pedal pressure.
( so I have no fuild coming out )
the pedal sinks to the floor and won't come back..
that do you guys think??
It's a 93 fd.. was auto converted to manual...
manual pedals and lines come off 93 fd
everything down stream it's not the problem because the lines are off..
i also blew the lines out and I'm getting air out the lines
(so no blockages)

3rd gen clutch is hard to bleed If I recall correctly and I just found some good info on it.
Look at the bottom of the page(corner right)..FORUM JUMP.
Hit SEARCH FORUMS..
enter Key words: Bleed Clutch.
Search in Forums:3rd Gen specific.
Hit: Search Now.

....you can read some info on it!

By the way the engine has nothing to do with the Clutch system as it is a sealed hydraulic unit with no Booster.(like the brakes). You just need to make sure that you have a leak free system and that there is no air in it.
