any rain tire options for 225/45/13?

any rain tire options for 225/45/13?
I'm afraid of rain. I don't think anyone makes a street tire for my size..... is there anything I can use and have on hand if it rains? I current use hankook ventus as my dry tire. I was thinking r888 but I've only read bad reviews. What are my options? I can't spend too much on them...

They don't produce that tire in a 13" rim.... I'm willing to get another size rim but I think it would compromise my ride height and gearing.... but I'd rather have more grip than more power in the rain. The ra1 is only made 15" rim. Thats way bigger....

they make a 205/60/13 in an Ra1, and a bunch in R888
we went faster on the R888 than the Ra1, but its a different tire and needs some changes to the setup and driver...
