BlueTII (Chris Sanders of Banzai Racing) had a recent problem with them not refunding his money after his order was cancelled (3 power FC's).

Advice for next time: search. I just typed "RHDJapan" into the drop-down search menu.

ive ordered lots of high dollar items and never had a problem.
they're quick to respond, and are also very accommodating. i even ordered some very last minute concert tickets for an event in tokyo, and they've rerouted everything to my hotel for my arrival to make sure they get in my hands in time ^_^

0 problems here...very helpful and bargain pricing for some of the hardest parts to find, they'll even go out of their way to find some parts for you!

Thumbs up RR stamp of approval

I have recieved 7? seperate orders through them now, some with many multiple lines and others quite techincaly complex requiring parts they did not carry before my request.

They have come through with 100% flying colors for me, as a result I have passed on their details to my friends who have ordered parts (tripple plate exeddy GTR clutch, misc rotary engine parts and other items) and they cant stop thanking me for getting them onto RHDJapan.com

Realy top company, first rate in every aspect.......... big thumbs up from me.
I dont normaly endorse companies but they boys realy do a great job and its not just to get your initial business either (followed by **** service like many others)

Me and my friend have ordered 2 full sets of rotor housings, apex seals, side seals, corner seals, apex seal springs, side seal springs, corner seal springs, front and rear main oil seals, oil control rings, oil control ring seals, pilot bearings, pilot bearing seals, a yashiro factory coolant temp gauge, gtc headlight covers, apexi intakes, and a bunch of other goods from these guys. Shipping is always super fast ala 4 or 5 days max. They are super good with contact if you have any questions. Shipping is set at a fair price. Parts always show up very nicely boxed up and protected with cool japanese news papers and such. Their prices are usually better than group buy prices here even after shipping. These guys are single handedly responsible for me being able to afford to replace everything in my motor for my rebuild. I love being able to tell people how great these guys are because i never have this kind of experience with ANY american based speed shops EVER!!! I have waited months and months for parts in the past that i could have had cheaper and faster from RHDjapan. Thank you, and good day.

Several orders and spent several thousand dollars with these guys--couldn't be more happy with the service.

Just got a large order of parts in today---zero problems.
Thanks Patrick---and thank everyone else at RHDJapan for me!
