Ordered Three items, Shipping reports inside

So last week I ordered Three items that are all completely non related to each other. Understand, I ordered all these items at the first of last week and they should have all been here on Monday or Tuesday based on the info given to me by the companies websites.

I ordered the following

A) KYB Gas-A-Shocks from an online service in San Diego called AJ-USA Customer Care <customercare@ajusa.com> for the Vette

B) A Control Board for my Kenmore Washing Machine from who else? Sears.

C) A 3/4 size Luna Guitar from Amazon.com

Here is the results so far.

A) I called "Jose" from AJ USA and he said they should be here Today. I replied "Great! I look for the UPS man." He said "No, They should be Here today, I had to order them from KYB" I said "**** " Once he "Gets them" he'll ship them right out. Only a day away on UPS. Ok......whatever, At least I got a live person telling me what is going on.

B) Sears website claims that the order was processed on the 7th but not one Customer "No-Service" person could actually find out if it had shipped out or not. And they had no way of finding out either..........What a joke.

C) Amazon.Com sent me a confirmation along with a UPS Tracking number. I need not call anybody, I can track the progress myself when ever I feel like. The shipment only shows a departure scan from PA, but that is OK, I know it takes about three days to get across the country and get scanned here in SoCal.

By Far the Amazon is the best and Sears is the worst. But we all knew that Sears sucked *** and has been for 20+ years.

That is my deal, and I am sticking to it.

nice report. i give you an A-. it was informative, but i feel like some richer verbs and adjectives could have been used. you need to paint a picture for us more, make us feel more like we're there with you, ordering things and calling customer service. i want to be on the edge of my seat like im right there, and im in on this exciting, explosive action.

The best company I've ever dealt with was Newegg.com. The **** always arrives early from them, it's always in tact and they give you a tracking number. You can track your order from the time you place it all the way up until it arrives at your house. They tell you how far along they are in the preprocessing and everything, they even tell you when they bill your account. A+ for newegg. Amazon is reliable, but I've been so spoiled by newegg, i find them slow. about a week on average to get stuff from amazon.

+1. I'm also spoiled by topoftheline.com (a car detailing supply site). Last time i ordered a big chunk of claybar and shipping was around 8 dollars. I decided to complain about it (just a little bit) on a detailing forum. A TOTL worker read about it and worked it out. I got a discount on shipping AND i got a free 2 day shipping no charge.
