I purchased 1600cc injectors from 1point3liter on the 16th of April. I have not received the injectors, tracking info, or any replies to Pms or emails. His sig states he is from Jacksonville FL. I checked him out in the good guy bad guy section and he checked out. He has something over 600 posts so I'm wondering if something else happened. Does anyone know who this is? If another member knows him or her it would be great if you could let 1point3liter know I am looking for my injectors. Planning on waiting until Monday to file with Paypal. Thx RD

 

It's only been a week. Filing a claim so soon is kind of jumping the gun... IIRC you have 30 or 45 days to file.

 

I agree. I looked at his profile and the 16th was his last day of activity so he obviously wouldn't have read your pm's. And he's been registered since 2001. I'd say give it a little more time. There could be a very good reason why he hasn't been on in 9 days.

 

Thanks for your thoughts. I wasn't filling a complaint with paypal, just a first step to get communication between the parties. You then have like 20 days to work things out before it goes to a complaint. Not sure I got all my fact straight, but anyway, I'm not looking to be unreasonable, and like I said, there may be a real good reason I haven't heard from him. This is the first time I have ever sent somebody money and then they just disappeared. Your right he hasn't been online, that's sort of what I'm worried about. The last time he was online was to send me his paypal address. I have had guys tell me they would ship the next day, two or three times before they actually did, but this is a first for me. I have ordered and received four or five different parts from other members and venders sense ordering from 1point3liter , just getting a little nerves I guess. You guys are probably right; I'll cool my jets for a while. Still if someone reads this who knows this guy, I'd appreciate it if you would give him a friendly reminder. I need to get my injectors or order some others.
