If anyone local could do something about this, that would be great. I'm not sure what else to do other than go through the hassle of small claims court. I haven't seen a refund since 1/30 and am still owed $420. I will keep bugging him on AIM & via emails I guess, but obviously that doesn't work very well.

I know blurhing and perhaps others are still going through the same thing.

He still owes me $250. The last time he sent me any money was about a month ago after we contacted Detective Ragusa at the Naperville Police Department.

I'm definitely willing to take this guy to court... He clearly has the money if he's still selling things on the forum. He's just choosing not to pay us.

BTW, what name is he selling under now?

Well, I spoke with him yesterday morning and was promised a payment of $250 this Friday. Hopefully he plans the same for you. I will remind him about it and keep this thread updated with the results.

Far as I know he is no longer selling stuff on here, but I could be mistaken.

My guess is that he's lying to you... again. He does that to keep you off his back for a while. I've spoken with him twice in the past month. Both times he said he'd pay me by the end of the week. And surprise, surprise... He never did. I suppose there's always a shot, but we're probably better off playing the lottery. ;-)

I'm going to try to contact the local small claims court in Naperville. I'll let everyone know what I learn so you can follow the same process if you want.

i have dealt with him and got screwed also... I was selling some parts he wanted my cf scoot style hood and wanted to buy it or trade i needed what he was trading a new 60mm hks gt wastegate he said he sent it like 3 times after i sent him the hood. i got a bad quote from ups and even paid 115 out of my own pocket for shipping. he sent me 200 for shipping and the rest was going to be a trade never got the wastegate and he got the hood and kept claiming it was damaged and tried to blame it on me and stuff and wanted his shipping money back i never gave him anything back cause i never got my product so i was out of a nice hood and 115 bucks never got either back....

i was selling it for 475 but he wanted to the wastegate.

Smeagol will receive money from me this week and Bluring wanted all his money a day later because he wasn't happy with the product or he was taking me to court. I didn't have the money for Bluhring so I guess he and I are going to court unless he would rather let me settle up from him. Other then that I am done with this board.

i would be willing to go to court if i had more time and lawyer fees wernt so high. i was selling the hood for 475 but i figured a 900 wastegate was a better deal. cause i needed one anyway he sent me a tracking number then it came up as nothing then i asked why he said he put it on hold to see how the hood was first which was fishy but i didnt think to much about it cause i try to trust people ive never been screwed by an rx7 owner before till him now i havent even tried to sell any more but ive got plenty of things laying around i need to get rid of but just scared of selling a 100-1000 part and getting screwed again
