13BProject????

This guy PMed me stating he has all of the parts I need and in working condition. Although I am super excited to find all of these rare parts all in one place he has made no posts in this forum at all and I cannot find anything out about him. Anyone know of this person?

Tell him to post up an official FS thread on this forum with pictures. He'll need 10 posts to do so.

Until that time, I say----proceed with caution. You work too hard for your money to have it disappear into thin air

Either way the money could disappear into thin air, FS post or not. I know from experience.

Looks like he's sent almost 100 PMs with 0 posts..... not the best ratio. He's had his PM privileges turned off. Care to make your first post in this thread, 13Bproject, and let us know what your intentions are?

I don't enjoy being heavy-handed in situations like these but I'd rather protect the established members of this community than play nice with ghosts who hide in the shadows.

This brings up an interesting question. Should new members have to make their 10 post's before being able to PM?

I've had a rash of zero post members offer to buy my car from me via PM only to flack out and not purchase.

It was brought to my attention by a member who purchased parts from this guy that the paypal email belonged to one of the long-standing scammers on this board..... Jamal Purches:

https://www.rx7club.com/bad-fugly-me...beware-857463/

He's been perma-banned. Buyer beware, I'm sure he'll pop back up with a new name--- cockroaches are hard to exterminate unfortunately.

The screen name should show if someone is messaging you..Forward me the pm and I'll get to the bottom of it.

NOW,if any NEW Member is Pm'ing you to sell you parts then "buyer Beware"..it's your money..YOU deal with the fall out if things don't go smoothly.

As Stated the Forum has ZERO liability in Transactions done between 2 members BUT can use the info to protect others if there has been a wrong doing,That includes wiping the Offender's account so he can't repeat his actions.
