Sensor/ SW check, help (checked search)!

I powerder coat on my intake manifold after that car just won't start.

On Power FC, Sensor/sw check,

VTA1: A/C O FPD O
VTA2: PWS O FPR O
VMOP: NTR X APR O
WTRT: CLT O PAC X
AIRT: STP O CCN X
FUEL: 4.98v CAT X TCN O
OS2: ELD X PRC

On Fuel: 4.98v hilight, is this normal?

Thank You

The fuel switch shouldn't affect the car starting or not. I think you may have missed something else in the process of swapping out your manifold.

Read my how-to guide on pulling the upper intake manifold and see if you missed anything -

Did you miss something in your post? You don't list voltages for any of the first group of sensors except for the fuel thermosensor.

I changed to 1600cc fuel injectors and rail.

With the 1600 rail, you also had to replace the FPR. Did you verify your original 0 psi boost FP and then set it the same with the new FPR?

Is your new FPR connected correctly.

You had to hosed something in the conversion, maybe mis-hosed, HAHAHAHA!

does your sensor sw check, highlight "fuel 4.98v", on power fc?

It doesn't matter - the fuel thermosensor will NOT keep your car from starting.

You may also have a bad ground to the intake manifold - powdercoating doesn't conduct electricity.

if you added a new secondary rail your PFC will read 4.98 as the fuel temp, because you don't have a temp sensor anymore. like dale mentioned its not gonna keep your car from starting.
