You should consider making your app open source on GitHub so other developers can contribute to this awesome project !

Hi. I appreciate your advice.
I am not a software developer.
I collected the data from the link below.
https://www.rx7club.com/power-fc-for...alogit-147597/

I used Android studio as development tool. This is very easy to use.
https://developer.android.com/studio/?hl=ko

If you(who) are a software engineer, it will be easier.
You can also develop with reference to the Blue Communications Source on GitHub.

Thanks :)

I'm a front end developer.
The RS232 to Bluetooth is the part I don't want to tackle. I looked up the thread you pointed out and this is some serious stuff. You say you are not a software engineer... i think you should consider this career lol
I would really love to contribute to the Ui of this app, add gauges and stuff.
I have an FD with power FC and Commander.. so testing should be easy.
If you change your mind, let me know.

Also, I am developing EMF APP for SR20DET engine. Meybe GTR and MR-S will also be available soon. :)

Sorry.. I replied twoice.

Got mine (Actually 2). Works awesome. Now have to figure out how to mount a tablet somewhere to replace the commander. Much easier to read this than the commander.

I tested EMF APP at 10.1 inches.
At 7 inches or more size, choose 7 inches 1024 * 600[V5.X].
If you need my help, please contact me.

This is really cool. I've been building something similar for over a year now, on and off, which allows for display on an iOS app and the headunit, with a raspberrypi driving the head unit and reading from a datalogit. Now that I know RS232 to BLE adapters exist, I might work on a version to bypass the raspberrypi entirely and just make an app. Thank you! And feel free to share what you learned about converting the 232 interface directly to bluetooth if you want to...

Thank you. I have created the BT module for UART RS-232 to Bluetooth for PFC ECU direct communication. Also, UART RS-232 to Bluetooth module is connected to Datalogit internal MCU and it is in use. ( For AFR logging )If you do not want to modify the Datalogit, you can use RS-232 to Bluetooth converter. However, it is troublesome to connect a separate power source. I would like to install your iOS APP. I am only developing Android APP.Thanks.. :)

Awesome, right now my app communicates with the raspberrypi which runs a node script that pipes serial data over bluetooth. Basically I used a raspberrypi instead of a serial-to-bluetooth converter directly, mostly so I could drive the car stereo display. Soon I will order a bluetooth dongle and modify the app to work correctly with it, and once that works I'll send it over to you to check out!

If i use the adapter with commander connected, both work. But if i use only the adapter, nothing work in the software. I'm probably doing something wrong but cant figure what 🙄

Hi.
Please see the manual. ( I emailed you about two weeks ago.)
If you do not use PFC Commander, change the setting by referring to the attached picture.
Thanks.

Is there way to turn the app coming on at startup off?

Any chance of making it work for FC3S? I would love to have it.

Hi
I want to check your PFC ECU model.
Please see it

I just found this thread and this is awesome! I want to say Thank You to ds2qwd for taking the time and effort to bring this to us all. Well, I say all of us, but I have a 93 MR2 turbo with a power FC and unfortunately your work probably won't be compatible with my car:( I sure wish someone in the MR2 community could develop something like this. It won't be me, though. I sure as heck couldn't do it lol.
You RX7 guys are really innovative and seem really cool. I haven't read or seen any holier than thou attitudes, cold shoulders, flaming or price gouging in any of the posts here. When ds2qwd announced the price for his hard work, I was pleasantly stunned. Wow!
MR2 boards? Quite a bit of that crap on at least one site for sure. Maybe I should dump the 2 and get a 7?

Thank you.
I think MR2 turbo is also possible.
Please let me know your ECU model name.
Also send a commander screen.
