Removing bus bar from coils?

In my attempt to hide almost all my wires, I want to now remove this bus bar from on top the coils. I am just unsure on how to do this...

Ant help on which wire goes where?

Both coils should have 12v when the key is on ON position. Disconnect that thick red wire and connect it directly to the white wire and ditch the black wire to that white box/resistor

thats not a bus bar its a ballast resistor , if you want to remove it you need to buy coils that have internal ballast resistors

Coils from and 81 thru 85 12A RX-7 would work to do this.

to rid this properly you need to upgrade to the electronic dizzy and coils that no -longer require the ballast resister ( drops coils to about 9 V )

points ignition with the 12v coils is going to burn the points up rapidly

and running the 9v coils at 12v will have similar results but also risks the coils exploding during idle or when key left in the ignition

I am using the 85 distributor. I have 2 msd blaster coils that I am going to swap these for.
