Oh excuse us. I thought this was a forum of discussion? I didn't know we were not allowed to discuss a simple matter of location unless we used the PM. Of course I understand that keeping track of all the post in the "other rotary" section must be extemely time consuming for the moderator. Sorry

Calm down rxrotary! This is a forum and people are allowed to talk about this kind of stuff. If you don't like what he's talking about, then don't post!

Oh yeah, repuguru - Do you still have that REPU you wanted to sell? Reason I ask is that I'm trying to find something to do some hauling and I was thinking of either the REPU or a Subaru. Let me know, TIA.
|
Yes I still have it.
|
Does it run? How rusted out is it? Do you have a site where I can see pics of it? TIA!
|
Pictures?

I am sorry for the delay. I have been on vacation. I will get some taken tomorrow.
|
OK, cool. PM them to me or I'll give you my email.

I remember seeing that vid that vosko did of your truck. Pretty cool!

I'm soon to be the proud owner of a '75 REPU. Fairly clean example, fresh motor, etc. It has a header though so I need to find a way around CA smog or put a bunch of stock crap back on there. What a pain.
Anyway, I'll post pics when I get it. Mike |
Anyone know if there is a REPU for sale in southern california? Just how difficult is it to find parts for these wonderful wankel trucks?

REPU for sale? Find parts for a REPU? Hahahahahahahaha!!! Mine is always for sale if somebody offers me enough :) Luckily I haven't needed anything yet that I couldn't scavenge off of a 1st or 2nd gen RX7 or find something that fits 'close enough' from the local parts store. For things like body panels and trim pieces the Ford Courrier seems to be the best bet.
