i agree

Eric Happy Meal 09-26-06 08:24 PM

very nice!

SevenHeaven 09-26-06 08:32 PM

SWEET!

Cool to see that... This coming from a RX-7 and Mustang owner! I love both cars, never thought about a rotary in a Mustang though. Cool idea none the less. Kudos to you for your creativity

lupin 09-26-06 08:51 PM

dude I am so confused, you should have put that in a ek2 and made it custom rwd.

or it would have been cooler in a 1967 Ford Shelby GT500.

1sicsol 09-26-06 09:00 PM

OMG that is very nice..what kind of power ?

13B-RX3 09-26-06 10:10 PM

Don't you know that is going to kill the weight bias of that mustang! hahaha

:D yeah! It might finally be balanced!

GoodfellaFD3S 09-26-06 10:19 PM

That is fucking sick. Very very different, congrats. One question though, why a mustank and not an FD?

RX7UP 09-26-06 10:40 PM

Now maybe Ford will see this and get it right for their production mustangs... :D

13b4me 09-26-06 10:44 PM

Haha I bet rednecks hate your ass...

VincenzoL 09-27-06 02:31 AM

YES!!! Finally some sweet revenge!

I've always said if I had the money I'd slap a 20B into a '63 Stingray spilt window coupe. That would be the ultimate payback but your Mustang is certainly close.

VincenzoL 09-27-06 02:32 AM

Oh yeah, you know what the say... PAYBACK'S A BITCH!!!

RaPtOr-T 09-27-06 06:19 AM

fucking sweet

fd's are rare here, stangs are a dime a dozen I guess it was because ofthat and the fact that we got back at them lol. I got more pics of that stang and all the rotories that whent to the event, but don't know how to upload them ( never tried).

Yeah it is pretty sick huh.

hi! in our club"Rotorespr.net" we got 5 with 20B engines,
2 RX-8
1 RX-7 '94
1 RX-7 convertible '88
and of course the newbie "the mustang" of course.

Brismo7 09-27-06 10:08 AM

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! that is so stupid.

vOc 09-27-06 10:29 AM

Nifty, but honestly I was more interested in the background of the pics. I miss Puerto Rico :(

Show me some time slips.

Gotta love the Racing Beat license plate frame! If I was behind you I'd be like WTFBBQ?!

theantirotor 09-27-06 12:13 PM

lol

You guys are funny... show Ford how to do it right? Getting back at "them"? That was a V6 Mustang. Its not like it was a Cobra or something else worth while.

And yet again, people that respect the work it takes to swap engines will repsect that for what it is... a clean looking swap.

A lot of us stick V8's in our RX-7's. A lot of rotary die hards get mad... Someone sticks a rotary in a V6 Mustang... I say good job. No bashing here, at least it probably has more power now than it did with the V6.

probably? there is no probably, it just plain does

digitalsolo 09-27-06 12:51 PM

LOL, nice.

A worthwhile upgrade for a V6 Mustang, no doubt, though I can't help but think it'd have been a lot more enjoyable in a smaller, lighter car. Datsun 510 perhaps.

Nice looking swap for sure though.

Actually, we put V8's in RX-7's, not rotaries.
