Thumbs up to Mazda Trix

I don't know if anyone in the NW forum's have had business with mazdatrix, but I didn't have any problems at all. I saw a thread (which I can't find now) about someone stating that they didn't want to be raped by mazdatrix. Not sure if the thread has been deleted or whatnot, but I just tried to order a 94 Electrical Diagram and the guy told me that they don't have any in stock, but instead of charging me for it now, when their next shipment of manuals come in and one is available they'll hold it for me, give me a call and see if I still want to place the order. Now that's customer service. Since I deal with customer service as half of my job I know how important it is to keep customers happy. I'm not trying to promote them or anything, but thought I'd share the information.

BTW I'm bored as hell at work, that's two posts in 5 mins....

I think most everyone is usualy pretty happy with them. that person probably meant that they didnt want to be over charged for stuff. mazdatrix tends to be quite expensive when it comes to engines and the like. i have ordered off of their site many times and have always been very satasfyed.

They are cheaper than the dealer for the parts I've purchased. The wiring diagram is $100 at the dealer, $65 through them.

Over time, you'll find that their prices are generally not competitive. I generally compare between MazdaTrix, Victoria British, and Lee Johnson Mazda in Kirkland (they've been the cheapest dealer in my area). MazdaTrix is usually as expensive or more so than Lee Johnson in my experience.

Their quality is unquestioned, however.

Edit: Nevermind. Why am I arguing best value with a FD owner? Lol.

If Mazdatrix is pricey to you then my dealer is raping me! I need to set up that business account, their cost plus 10% sounds good.

That's true about the value, I just spent $850 on my cat-back exhaust!!!
