s5 thermostat neck

anyone have an s5 water fill neck in good condition?????

Difference between S4 and S5? I have one. Not sure which series though.

s4 is aluminum and has two bolt holes.
s5 plastic and has three bolt holes.

Mazdatrix has them for $60
