Ok long story short. Bought an SA from Oregon got an Oregon title for the car. Shipped it up to Washington. DOL is telling me the title is void because it was insurance totalled after the issue date of the the title I have. Has anyone dealt with anything similar in Washington and might be able to point me to a quick resolution of my problem?

Any help at all right now would be a big help. 11 digit Vin so I can't pull up squat on it to see whether the DOL made a mistake entering info or anything. I'm going to try and deal with the DMV on my next day off but any pointers would be a big help. Not sure if this is the right place but as Washington is in the NW. I think it's my best bet at finding any help.
