bosscobra 05-19-09 11:17 PM

does it have threaded holes in it? if so find some long bolts that thread threw, put 2 across from eachother and tighten them down with a wrench, a bit at a time then switch sides, and it should pull it off, cant remember if i did this with the front or back counterweight tho so it may be of no use to you, if it doesnt have holes, nice heavy rubber mallet and a pry bar with a wrag on it

Very good idea. Increase the force as a lever. Or take a cage of rabid starving rats and put it up to the counterweight....slide the door up...and....

Scare it off? :dunno:

barney1omm 05-22-09 09:36 PM

The US military has a manually-operated-impact-device for which we tax payers pay $700.00.

We can go to the local hardware store and buy the same manually-operated-impact-device for $7.00, but we call it a hammer.
