No, nobody has one. I've contacted all the RX-7 scrap yards I know and they all say no.

 

My grandfather broke mine by stacking too much stuff in the garage and feel over while he was throwing away the recyclables and of course it had to land on the top part of the cover. Thankfully my bottom is still intact but the top part is shot :'-( If I known how rare and hard to find this part was I would've just left it in the car. I should've known better. Story of my life trying to live with a hoarder.

Thank you for the information @ Spider but I have an FB and all I could find was a repair manual.
I believe they started making FC in Japan 1985 and the US got them in 1986
If you do however find another post that does fit my 85 FB please send me the link.
