I’m interested in the downpipe if you’re willing to ship. I’ll happily pay for shipping on top of your asking price.

I thought about it but that requires me asking somebody to send me money on blind faith which i dont want to do. Also, im not entirely convinced zelle wont send out 1099s or the bank wont report zelle transfers, either. Nobody thought it would ever happen w paypal and the others, then it did.
im already paying income tax on a set of ohlins i bought new and resold at a loss. The fact im gonna lose 5 to 600 dollars on the endeavor has left a bad taste in my mouth.

You only pay tax on profits. If you have the receipts for when you purchased the ohlins you can cancel out the sale and pay nothing. No receipts makes it much harder.

zelle and PayPal for friends and family are fine. They can’t change the tax rules mid year. The buyer still does have to take a leap of faith..

^ Yup, been filing my PayPal stuff for several years now and it really isn't that bad. You definitely don't pay taxes for losses, technically you can use that as credit to deduct your gain for next year so you did it wrong, this is where you just pay 100bux to an accountant and have them deal with it
