I found this with the rest of the parts that came with my FD, I am not sure yet if it is a Signal light or aFog light for the 93-95 USDM or something else so for now I will be checking into it but either way I do not need it. 

I am looking for a few items in trade to finish my FD;
Center Console Pieces (Shift Trim Ring, Ash Tray, Buttons)
Front Bumper Metal Brackets
Rear Back Hatch Plastics (The Lower Pieces)
Side Vent Clips (Exterior)
Tail Light Clips (x3)
Manual Brake Pedal
Passenger Foot Well Door Trim that says RX-7

Start Button that goes in place of Cig Lighter
