I came across an FD roller while building my 89 S5 Convertible and decide to pursue that instead. CLEAN TITLE with ROTARY RESURRECTION rebuilt S5 Stockport NA motor (ZERO MILES) 5-Speed transmission. S4 NA Front Cover is installed. S5 NA ECU is included. Motor and transmission are already back in and needs a few things done to be completed. Rear Iron coolant passage for heater core has been deleted. A few odds and ends would complete this. I have too many projects on hand.
 It has "RE Amemiya" replica front bumper. The flush headlights with HID lowbeams. Front bumper needs repair near bottom. Side molding has been deleted and patched. BBS Wheels and Center Caps are included with NEW Ironman tires. Slotted/Drilled Front and Rear Brake Rotors. Mixed Shocks/Struts with Tien Lowering Springs and (2) sets Strut Tower Braces. Power Antenna has been deleted. S4 Manual Mirrors. M5 Fender Vents (previous owner). Gas Cap has been relocated with a lockable gas cap with separate key. Third brake light was deleted but previous owner, they didn't take time to do it correctly.
 This is a factory NON-ABS model FC!
 An Exedy OEM S5 Clutch has been re-used with plenty of life left. Comes with an extra S4 NA 5-Speed Manual Transmission.
 Interior has basically been gutted and comes with RX-8 Seats. The dash is intact without any carpet. Spare tire holder has been removed and battery has been relocated behind passenger seat. Door Panels have been removed and power windows master switch has been relocated to center. The window regulators or motors are weak and would need to be replaced. Convertible Top does have leaks and "patchwork". Convertible Top Motors were removed along with the wiring. You'll have to strong arm the top shut. Comes with White/Blue Gauges hooked up to a toggle switch.
 Comes with Racing Beat Exhaust Headers (cut before flanges), S4 NA OEM Exhaust Manifold, S5 NA OEM Exhaust Manifold and (2) used exhaust mufflers. No other exhaust components are present. eBay intake kit is included.
 The Wiring, Exhaust, Engine Cooling, Intake Manifolds and Fuel would have to be done to make this complete! All of these ARE present and new gaskets etc etc would be needed as well. Fuel Injectors are included.
 No Rats Nest, Air Pump is included. Power-Steering Rack ports are blocked off; PS Pump and lines have been removed. No AC Components, PS Pump or Lines. Needs a Water Pump Housing and Water Pump.
