These were just posted the other day. I don’t think he will let them go for your stated price, but you can inquire. Just for reference, I have not seen a complete mint set with tilt rails go for under 10k + shipping in quite some time.

Don't want to rain on anyone's parade..... but I owned a pair purchased from Ramy/FDNewbie back in 2008 for many years and currently rock one on the left side of my '95 FD.
They're awesome seats for street driving--- comfortable and fit like a glove in the tight FD cabin. However, they're bottom mount so prone to cracking under hard cornering (heard them creaking on NJMP many times) and the carbon/kevlar while beautiful is an overlay. Much like all of the faux CF Mazdaspeed pieces. Not saying these seats aren't worth pursuing and owning, but saying be aware of all of this before dropping big money on them

Also be aware these will not pass tech for most track events. Seats need to be certified, and the certification has a time limit.
I'm after the new Recaro RCS seats myself, for a street car.

I’ve had a pair of these seats installed for the last 7 to 8 years. I definitely agree with Rich that they are prone to cracking at the mounting points. UV will also damage the Kevlar/composite and the resin will turn a dirty yellow color as time goes on. Be on the lookout for the copy seats, they were popular for a while and made like absolute trash. The oem seats are great for short trips, but any extended drive ( Think 2+ hours ) they greatly lack lower lumbar support. I actually have a piece of foam cut out to fit under the upright cushion to negate this. Maybe I’m just getting old though. Getting in and out is rather annoying as well because of the high bolsters. I generally slide my seat all way back for entering and exiting. This is why the bolster areas are always destroyed on seats you see. Remember, the seats are almost 20 some years old now. Having said that they still fit the cabin extremely well, look inviting and the tilt function is a nice feature. Still can’t believe the pricing on them now. But I guess it’s all relative.
