These are pretty hard to find, and fairly expensive if you do find them. Someone here on the forums made a pattern that you can print out on a big sheet of paper and use on a piece of sheet metal to make the brackets. As for the covers, those you'd still have to find, or come up with another solution.

Currently bidding some in Japan, i saw that template, my car does not have the speakers on the back. I haven't look if i need to do other mods yet, mine is a 93 LHD.

Mine didn't have those speakers either, but I was able to find some brackets and covers and ran extra wires from the stereo at first and a few months ago I changed the wiring to run from the bose speaker connection in the hatch instead.
