Only what is shown in the photo - you will need to transfer the guts of your alternator over to this casing.  If you are changing your belts swapping the parts over should take about 20 - 30 minutes if you have the tools.  And you are probably due to replace the belts :-) 

(I have most of the internal parts form this one but I bought it as non-working for purposes of not needing to take my car off the road while the polishing was done.  If you want the internal parts I will send them for free but the shipping cost will go up a bit due to the extra weight and size of box.) 

I got a couple of estimates to do these for $350 - 400 so listing at $200 plus shipping. 

2K clear coat over the polishing.  The polish job is OK but not spectacular, as is the clearcoat.  Personally I would be happy with it unless I was tasking the car to SEMA.  These look a lot better in person - I tried to take very clear and up-close photos and they brought out more detail than I was hoping :-)
