It’s a brand new Mazda Kit and it’s what you will get if you order a new TPS from Mazda now (I ordered N3Y313SL0 and received this. it would appear that this is what you get when you order the PN on the FD restoration program list (the original OE sensor is NLA).

All OEM. All brand new in the packaging. Includes dual TPS sensor, throttle body to block coolant hose, UIM gasket, Throttle Body gasket, adaptor for sensor, wiring kit and full instructions in English. Asking for what it cost which is USD 450 inc express delivery to the US (2-3 days usually by FedEx).
