Here’s a pic of them on my white 83 when i first got them in 2008. Been sitting on a shelf for the last decade. 

They need a good cleaning. Two small spots of curb damage on one (largest about the size of a dime) other three are good. 

Glass top fits 81-85: $500
Hardware is rusted/pitted but solid. I tried to remove one of them and stripped the head (with a jis screwdriver). Top works as is. Also been sitting on a shelf for a decade.
