Really hope someone takes this on to bring it back to it's former glory as an OEM or OEM+ build. Think there's a loooot of work cut out, and while the motor may be strong from a technical standpoint of just compression numbers, is there a chance that there is a coolant seal leak given the smoking exhaust or was that just from it sitting and starting after a long time with old fuel (and/or premix?).
Would take a lot of work and money to get it to where it should be, but definitely hope someone saves this. The 94 CW FD's are pretty rare, and look awesome. Goodluck with sale.
