Description:

Gas tank from my 83 that sat for 30 years with gas in it. Exterior is MINT, like factory fresh. this came out of a 14k mile car. So worth saving. But a professional shop needs to cut it open, clean and reseal it. I know these are not easy to come by these days, so hoping this will help someone.

Fuel Level Sensor

Do you still have this tank?

If yes, is the fuel level sensor available to buy as stand-alone part?

hi Phineas, I think I do still have the tank and sender. Let me check and I’ll get back to you.

Thanks you, sir.

Any idea when you'll know, so I'm not bothering you unnecessarily about it?

I'm kinda in a bind and need it sooner than later.

Thanks again.👊🏾

Do you have the 'in-tank' filter...

...and is it intact? Mine was totally corroded.

Yes!

If I may;
. 1. Can you take a pic showing the 'low fuel
sensor' at the end of the wire?

2. Can you pop open the 'control can' and take a
. pic of the guts?

Ok, $50 for the sensor.

Do you have a poc of the filter? Would you take $25 for the filter.

How much for the tank?

don’t have the filter - $50 for the tank? Needs a full refurb. Obviously not factoring shipping

I provided the conversation link and your reply to my associate.

He'll go direct with you when he's ready.

I'm ready to move on with the purchase and shipping of the sensor

How would you like to proceed?
