Worth it?

Found this 1990 Turbo 2 on marketplace and was curious if anyone thinks I should stay clear of it or if I should buy it. The description and images are pasted below.
1990 Mazda RX7 13B TURBO 2 asking 15k OBO. Car was purchased in japan and brought over and was stored for 3 years I then bought it off my buddy and have no use or need for it. Car runs and drives super clean interior and exterior small chip paint on rear wing but can easily be fixed. Car has only 60k+ kilometers on it. Car does need brakes and rotors as it sat for 3 years before I purchased it. I have a clear title no loan or lean against it so car needs brakes and rotors it sat for 3 years while my buddy owned it. I bled the brakes but they still are almost non existent. The booster on the slave needs to be replaced reason why it can't hold pressure it does run and idle. It does give me issue starting sometimes. I've already replaced all the spark plugs starter battery all the fuses

Seems like it might be worth a shot. Brake issues aren't hard to fix.
