rx7 fd3s light problems

rx7 fd3s light problems
Hey all! My rx7 fd3s is having some issues and it is a hell of a time trying to chase them, I was wondering if maybe anyone has had these issues before or any insight on where I should start looking/ how to test some of these.
-Hazards are working, but the turning signals won't work
-Pop-up are working but, the low beams and high beams won't work, however, if you hold the lever the high beams work.
Any help/advice/ feedback is appreciated!

welcome to the board. 
you can get a copy of the FSM from: Foxed.ca
that may be able to get your started on what and where to check until an FD guy shows up to help. wish i had more specific help to give.
