ok had this problem for a while now i replaced the fuel filter seemed to run better but still sputters but its much less then before so thought it was the spark plugs replaced those and still sputtering so... fuel pump maybe?? or injectors??

 

if its an fc then its probably the injectors, i have the same problem and everything is new except the injectors which i need to get cleaned and overhauled because they are leaking a little bit causing the engine to sputter because of irregular fuel feed. hope this helps

 

What kind of Rx7?

 

Put a temporary fuel pressure gauge to see any drop of pressure.

Bad TPS can cause problems such as sputtering yes.
