Purpose of Single Turbo REW
I've seen people modify their FDs' engines to run on a single turbo, what's the purpose for this? Does it improve anything?

I've never owned an FD but I believe it gets rid of the factory sequential twin complexities, cleans up the engine bay and is easier to tune.

There's a few reasons. Not really a science behind it.
1. More powahhhh 2. Simplicity 3. More power 4. Greater power potential 5. Having too much discretionary income and not knowing what to do with it. 6. Simplification of the engine bay But for real though, everyone has their reason but most of the time it's just for more power and simplicity. |

I see, but at the same time you'd get turbo lag. |

More power cleaner engine bay depending on which turbo kit you are using the car can become way more responsive as in terms of boost. Trying to make power with stock twins max you can probably make is like 380hp before they blow
