new ignition switch
Hey im a trying to get put a new ignition switch in my rx7 fc 1986. I out a new ignition cylinder and wiring. There were 4 wire plugs and i plugged them all but there was an extra wire coming from the car that was never plugged in and i can't find were it plugs into. ill attach a quick picture of it anything helps62388959330__38F9742B-E45C-4068-9FDB-E07D5C83CCE5.JPG

I’ve checked a couple wiring diagrams but can’t figure out how to read them and identify the wire I’m looking for. The car has bee hot wired in the past which is why I needed to put on a new ignition switch

Wire colors are the starting place, but you need to determine whether the particular plug is even needed on your car. The wiring diagram can help make that determination. You show the connector, but not the wires. What color are they?
