Try the Life Racing or MoTec ECUs. You should be able to get good support for them as they are made there and are the premier ECUs for rotaries. Hal Tech is now based out of the US but would also work.

Out of curiosity, what's the opinion on the MegaSquirt? I'm attempting to set up a bone stock 12a with an EFI DCOE style intake and I've purchased an MS3 Pro to run everything. I've picked up a CAS off of a 13b, I intend on using an OMP from a 13b as well, rather than relying on the mechanical one. How hard are they to tune?
