hello all
i received a 13b rew from japan that will be going into my miata, and need help identifying some of the connectors..

first pic- the long blue connector
second pic- the two grey and orange connectors
third pic- the white and blue connectors

 

Did you find out what goes to what yet? If you did not PM GoodfellaFD3S or Mahjik. They are the messiah's of FD's.

And post pictures of your swapped Miata once it gets rolling.

 

i havent figured it out yet.. i have idea's, but im not certian.
i think the long blue connector went to an aftermarket piggyback unit, or it hooked into the dash harness some how, aswell as the other blue and white connectors.
as for the 2 grey connectors, im lost as to what they are for..

 

any ideas?

the wiring diagrams didnt help me...

so here is where i am. i know where the clips are coming from,, but i dont know where they are supposed to go

here is what i figured out

the long blue clip (i think its from a piggy back..)
blue/yellow wire spliced with a red/yellow wire goes to the starter
black/yellow wire goes to the injectors
light brown wire goes to the throttle sensor
dark brown wire goes to a earth terminal in the ecu
white/blue wire goes to the small blue clip

small blue clip
white/blue wire goes to the long blue clip
all other wires go to the white clip

small white clip
all wires from the transmission clips

as for the other two clips that go into the front harness, they come from the coils and the alternator..
