Heater core valve
Hello amigos! i need some help here!
What is this? It was hard like plastic I removed it could this have been the issue? Radiator fluid was leaking from the top of the valve into the floor board.

Looks like the heater core control valve
(https://www.atkinsrotary.com/HVAC/Ma...01-61-A40.html). Looks like yours might be clogged with residue at that one end.
