heater core question

i have all the parts and my mechanic said he'd do it for 350 and in 4 hours

idk if this is simple enough to do myself I'd really like an opinion on if and how i could do this myself

I'm in Seattle and I'm more then happy to put one in and I'll charge you a lot less then $350. If you have new heater hoses and a new core I'll do it for $100. I'll PM you my number because I don't check this site vary often.
