They don't appear to be anything that I've seen actually produced. They are similar to a lot of DIY installs I've seen though. That they are not even shrouded at all and appear to be sharply aimed down at the ground making them just for looks makes that seem likely.

You can make anything work and work well if you try hard enough.

As you can see in this picture: https://linkecu.com/wp-content/uploa...85969408_o.jpg

... those lights aren't even shrouded. They're just lamps stuffed into a hole. And the left and right aren't even at the same height.

And maybe that's fine for you. Especially since it's a drift car. Like I said, it's a common mod, so that look is perfectly acceptable to some people. In which case, buy a light with the dimensions you need (they look like parking lights off an FC to me), screw them into the housings, and call it a day. It won't be pretty up-close, but as you can see, it looks good enough in photos from 6ft away.

If you want something that looks more finished, you can DIY a shroud in fiberglass without much work. You could modify the assembly to only rotate so far when opened or you could do what I suspect this guy did and just disconnect them and manually spin the motor adjustment to where you want them and leave them there.

Or, if you wanted to spend some (a lot) money, you could start with an existing option like from OriginWerks or the like that has the work on motor control done for you and modify their 2-light housing to accept a single rectangular light. Maybe see if they would supply you a kit without the lights to save you a lot of money.
