Hard left power loss

Hey everyone,

I've recently noticed my 86 na FC lossing power completely while in a tight left turn. I haven't seen anything related to this happening on an FC but did find this thread for an FD: https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...ght=loss+power

It made me think it might be loose wires around the ecu but I cant pin them down. Any other ideas?

Thanks!

Dirty Fuel Pump sock. Mine does the exact same thing.

And since the pump is on the left side of the tank a hard left turn will cause a fuel tank, low on fuel, to have the fuel seek out the right hand side of the tank. And the fuel tank baffle might also be playing a role besides the fuel pump sock.

Thanks guys, I might have to tear it apart and check out the fuel pump. It does it with a full tank to so I don't think its a problem with fuel getting thrown to the right side, but I could be wrong. I did notice there is a bit of rust around my filler pipe so maybe the tanks a little rusty and has contaminated the filter sock.
