can a 12a motor fit in a 87 fc and if so what will i need?

becuz a guy is selling one for cheap and i need a motor bad just until i finish a rebuild.

 

It's not worth your time. You would need to to fab up custom motor mounts since 12As do not mount on the center iron. Then after all of that, you'd need to decide how to adapt all of the other little things. You can do it, but it'd cost a lot more than you think.

Buy a 13b. A used NA won't cost much at all.
