i dont know man im not getting any dummy lights. it beeps weather or not the cars running. like you can have the key in the on position and it still beeps.

Most likely the coolant or oil buzzers. Just because there's no warning light, doesn't necessarily mean it's not one of the two. Some of your warning lights might not work in the first place.

Check the oil & coolant levels, and be sure the coolant system has no air in it.

As for the switch you have under the dash on the gas pedal, there's no such switch on a stock car. The only thing connected to the gas pedal is the accelerator cable. So whatever that is, it's aftermarket.

would those buzzers come on even when the car is not on?

If the key is in the "ON" position, yes. The engine does not have to be running.

You might also want to make sure the coolant level sensor is connected. It's on the top of the radiator in the center & has 1 wire coming out of it.

the screw on the top of the radiator near the upper hose loosen that a bunch and fill coolant until its pouring out of there

It could also be an eletrical issue as a result of removing your rear wiper, power steering or a/c. I know when I had a faulty power steering controller, I heard the constant beeping that you are describing. The quick, and jinky way I fixed it was to disconnect the a plug to a breaker box located underneath the dash on the left side of the clutch pedal. Sorry I can't be more specific but it was a while ago, and I don't have access to the car right now.
