Adjustable rear spring perches for FB
https://www.bneshop.com/products/rear-adjustable-spring-perch
Has anyone used these perches before? They are for a Volvo but could maybe be fitted to a FB? these are the nicest perches I've seen online. Maybe you guys know of something better. Any info would be good. Thanks |

Thanks. But does the ground control coilover conversion kit have adjustable perches or are they the sleeves that get welded onto the struts? I'm going to go coilovers for the front but want to keep the spring and strut separate in the rear.

Spoke to Ground Control
They said they stopped selling the rear adjustable perches because the FB has a tendency to try and spit out the adjustable perch in hard cornering due to movement in the rear end. Makes sense to me. Guess I'll be getting the GC springs and cutting dead coils.

Techno Toy Tuning (or known as T3) has the nicest stuff for sure. Ground Control is nice for the price though.

T3 rear coilovers look nice but ooohhh that price $$$. I 'm getting the T3 front end but like Hugehuman I ordered the GC Eibach springs and Koni Yellow Mustang shocks.

So from what I can find I need first gen mr2 koni yellows for the front and 88 mustang for the rear??? |
I bought '87-93 Mustang Koni Yellows based on recommendations here on the forum, and because they'll match the Koni Yellows T3 uses in their front coilovers. I think the MR2 struts have to be for years '85-86. Here's a thread I found on the subject. Post 5 gives the MR2 part # -

Koni yellows sound to be the best bang for buck. Can't wait to see how they ride.

I'm still painfully new to the RX7 world, but at least when it came to Hondas, Koni Yellows and Ground Control springs was one of the gold standard entry-level track setups.
