1988 Mazda RX7 N/A: Cranks but won’t turn over!

I have a 1988 Mazda rx7. As the title states, I can crank the car but it won’t turn over. I’ve replaced the battery, ECU, Spark plugs, Engine bay Main fuse, and the interior Engine fuse. However, what I’ve noticed is that Everytime I’ve tried cranking the car, the tachometer doesn’t move at all. Before I turned off the car, I did get in a car crash and the speedometer stopped working but the car still ran before I turned it off.

UPDATE: I was bored and decided to check for spark for some dumb reason that I should’ve checked for to begin with…absolutely no spark!!!
Another update!!!
I was messing with the trailing coil and yes I know that it gets its ground from the bracket but once I took it off the mounting plate my tachometer started moving once I try cranking the engine…Do I have to buy new coils or is there something else at play here?
